FirstNet from Home
You can access FirstNet from home or from any computer with internet access. To log on to FirstNet from Home, you'll need your FTBCO/FHHLC network login and password. If you do not have an FTBCO/FHHLC login or password or have trouble accessing the site, contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 1-866-500-4TAC.

If you would like to visit My Stuff, click here to go directly to the site. You will need your My Stuff username and password to log on. For My Stuff username and password assistance, email Employee Connect at employeeconnect@firsthorizon.com.

My Stuff Troubleshooting Tips:
When accessing My Stuff from home or from any computer outside of work, please note:

  • You will need Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or version 7 to access My Stuff. You can upgrade your current version for free by visiting the Microsoft Web site.
  • You will receive an error message any time you click on links to FirstNet from My Stuff because you are logging on outside our internal network. You will be able to access Internet links that are located in My Stuff.
  • You cannot access My Stuff or enroll from home using a Macintosh computer.
